Challenge: New large-scale commercial travel plaza and commercial fueling complex requiring multi-tone architectural face brick facade integration, perimeter trash enclosure and utility screen walls, service bay door portal returns, and post-construction masonry acid-wash cleaning.

Solution: Louis Masonry completed precision dual-tone modular brick coursing across retail elevations and parapet step-downs, masonry column wraps beneath the high-clearance truck diesel canopy, full-height utility enclosures, and final specialized pressure washdown for spotless handover.

Challenge: New ground-up commercial multi-suite retail and professional facility requiring comprehensive weather barrier integration, continuous wall tie layout over blue fluid-applied membrane, precision modular brick veneer staging, and storefront framing alignment.

Solution: Louis Masonry crews staged palletized face brick along perimeter footings, anchored continuous horizontal corrugated wall tie grids into the building envelope, struck clean commercial mortar coursing around entrance portals, and coordinated scaffolding around architectural gable profiles.

Structural CMU Industrial Facility & Stem Walls

Challenge: Heavy commercial steel-frame industrial building requiring engineered reinforced concrete masonry unit (CMU) stem walls, column encasement perimeter foundations, vertical safety-capped rebar integration, and interior utility rough-in block cutting.

Solution: Louis Masonry crews staged multi-tier CMU block pallets and mortar stations, laid reinforced perimeter CMU foundation stem walls tying into structural steel columns, maintained continuous expansion control joints, and framed conduit block boxes with plumb commercial joint tooling.
